Why you’ll love Paysera’s AI Invoice feature

Gone are the days of tedious manual data entry. With our AI-powered scanning functionality, all the essential payment details are extracted from your invoices instantly. This saves you time and reduces the risk of human error.

Here’s how it works: once you scan an invoice, the AI creates a payment draft with all the necessary details pre-filled. All that’s left for you to do is review the information for accuracy and confirm the payment.

How to use Paysera’s AI invoice functionality?

Naturally, you will need to have a mobile, a Paysera account, and an app to use the feature. Which, if you don’t have it yet, is free and quick to open – you can even do it remotely.

To use the feature, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account using the Paysera app;

  2. In the top right corner, tap the scanning icon;

  3. Select SCAN INVOICE;

  4. Position the invoice in the frame and take a photo.

 

Once the photo is captured, the AI will extract all the key details, including:

  • The recipient’s name or title.

  • IBAN

  • Amount to pay.

  • The purpose of the transfer.

 

After that, the AI will automatically generate a payment draft for you. Before confirming, make sure to double-check all the details to ensure everything is correct.
